Epic Negociants The Apollonian Chardonnay 2021

Share

White nectarine, lemon pith and Jonathan apples. Flannel flower, honeysuckle and creamed butter. A hint of lemon buttercream and vanilla custard powder. A wine with a potent citrus core wrapped by ripe orchard fruit. Acidity lingers and provides an uplift to the creamy oak notes. Energetic and fresh whilst still being quite decadent. An impressive finish of vibrant pineapple skin and lemon shortbread. Drink now and will cellar upwards of 3-5 years. A wine that would look great beside a cheesy baked pretzel.
