Evan Evans Bianco 2022

Share

The Bianco wine is a step into another culture, where language is foreign and time moves differently. Such is the scope of doing things a bit differently. Here there is cantaloupe, Dasheri mango, rambutans and mock orange blooms. Fruit you know but here tastes and moves uniquely. Pistachio cream, roast almond and rose petal gel. The palate is alive with layers of fine filo pastry skin tannins, lashings of acidity and dried apricot bitterness. This is a blend of three varieties but I urge you to stop questioning which, sit back and marvel at a wine that offers a bit of everything in one glass. Bloody delicious. Drink now with wood fired flatbread dipped in olive oil and dukkah.
