Fearon Rosé 2025

Share

A lush peachy-pink-hued Rosé. Mandarin oil, lime skin, Fanta and red berries. Made from 60% Grenache and 40% Mourvèdre, the characters lean savoury and soulful, over pretty and pink. In the mouth the aromas become flavours, the orange juice turning to pith and seed, coating all the mouth’s crevices with oomph and a chalky texture. I suggest serving as cold as a polar bear’s snout. And drinking in the peak of summer with a plate of octopus.
