Fire Gully Vintage Sparkling Chenin 2020

This is a dry as chips sparkling chenin because there has been no dosage. But it shows beautiful tropical fruit flavours that can deliver something quite special. Citrus and Granny Smith appley aromas with a little creamy lees influence. The natural acidity keeps a pure racy sparkler driving to a long finish.
