Old and young vines contribute fruit to the Black Label Cabernet which is then fermented in new and seasoned French oak and matured for 15 months. The investment in time and winemaking effort has paid off handsomely with a Cabernet that upholds a strong varietal – and regional – integrity. A host of black fruits and berries meet woody spices and roasting herbs with hints of chocolate and earth. Palate is thick and ripe with a generous serve of sturdy tannin and a long berry and cedar finish.
