This is a slightly finer style to the standard version in this region but it retains the character and stamp of the winery and region, albeit in a more linear framework. Has those same lemon curd and roasted cashew character with a little lemon meringue nuance. Balanced use of oak adds to the final fling on the finish with its subtle savoury edge.
