Fox Creek Pecorino 2022

Okay, here’s an Italian variety you don’t see very often in Australia. But from what I’ve tasted with this excellent little white wine it is perfectly suited to the cooler Adelaide Hills. Displays a merging of lemon and pear with a crunchy apple edge. Finishes with a wet pebbly minerality and a touch of salinity. Excellent current drinking wine and I have a feeling we will see more of this variety from Australian winemakers.
