Grown in Victoria’s cooler King Valley region, built into an expressive, fuller Chardonnay style with unabated melon fruit characters, from nose through to palate, peach skin and kernel notes as well, given a rise with oak derived spices and flavours that add up to a savoury feel, creamy textures filling out the finished picture. Will satisfy at the table beside dishes with umami-style sauces.
