Grant Burge Nebu Cabernet Shiraz 2024

Share

Cabernet characteristics lead the aromas with bell pepper, blackcurrant, fine cedar, plum, liquorice, bay leaf and compost. The palate shows a lovely balance of power and finesse, a core of blackcurrant and black cherry driving through the mid-palate with support from cedar, black olive and liquorice. The tannins are firm and grainy, towing the line to a long finish. This will go 15 years or more in the cellar. One of the more convincing arguments for the Barossa Cabernet Shiraz format at this price point.
