Gudilly by Sorby Adams Single Vineyard Pinot Gris 2023

Share

The name, ‘Gudilly’ comes from a mash-up of Simon Adams’ children, Angus (presumably Gus), Digby and Sally. The fruit here hails from the Adelaide Plains. The colour is a yellow straw and the nose reveals a lean and elegant style of Pinot Gris, with notes of citrus, pears, florals, apples and limes. A wine of medium length with some crunchy acidity, this is fresh and exhibits good energy. A simple but enjoyable style, this will provide attractive drinking now and for the next couple of years.
