Gundog Estate Hunter’s Semillon 2024

While most wine lovers know how well a good Hunter Semillon can age, the team here have aimed for an earlier drinking style with this bright and fresh offering. Pale lemon in colour, with flecks of green, this has oystershell notes with straw and citrus, riverstones and hints of lemon blossoms. Showing good power here, the flavours are very much upfront with a gentle fade. Enjoy now and for the next five years. Like this a lot.
