There is something very alluring about this M Burton 2023 Canberra District Shiraz, which has had three hundred days on skins helping the wine to triumph over the cool season with its dense cherry compote, old-fashioned cola with a deep core of dark earth. A fabulous mouthfeel with rivers of fine tannin providing strong support for powerful, savoury dark berry flavours. Superb, and will be long-lived.
