Sourced near the town of Denmark this is a pretty but shy Riesling style. It has aromatic green apple, lemongrass and citrus fruits that are subtle and delicate. Dry, with jasmine like complexity, it is already superb to drink in an understated almost European style. Drink over the next 5 years.
