Ivyburn The Pioneer Shiraz 2021

From vines in the Blewett Springs sub-region of McLaren Vale, this is under diam. A near black colour here, this is seductively plush and generous, with notes of blackfruits, soy, leather, chocolate, florals, cold tea, a whiff of well-integrated oak and blackberries. A well-structured wine, with very fine, silky tannins and impressive length, this will provide superb drinking for the next ten to fifteen years.
