Heartland Ilicium 2021

This is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Dolcetto. I think the key to this ready-to-drink medium-bodied blend of Cabernet, Shiraz and Dolcetto is the vibrant fruitiness of the Dolcetto. It seems to add life and vibrant energy which drives through the palate to a long finish with a succulent juicy fruit character combined with plenty of mid-palate texture and feel.
