A classic Hunter Valley Semillon style here which has been built to improve in the bottle. There is good volume of focused fruit with aromas of lemon and hay with the barest touch of lanolin. Then that bolt of acidity comes through to support a vibrant, fresh finish. Give it a couple of years to settle and then enjoy with scallops off the barbecue.
