A super Shiraz and Mataro blend from this excellent Barossa vineyard. It’s a Barossa Eden Valley blend, with the Eden Valley contributing to its brightness and lively palate. The majority of the oak was seasoned French, but a 56% addition of new oak spices things up a little. Delicious juicy red fruits abound on the palate after a highly floral perfume on the nose. Fine tannins add support, but in the main, this is about beautiful, vibrant and expressive fruit.
