A blend of Muscat à Petit Grains and Sauvignon Blanc. The Savvy B comes from the Adelaide Plains geographic indication, but the Muscat comes from Hewitson’s Old Fence Line Block in the Barossa, roughly 170 years in age. Fragrant and bright: mango, lychee, white chalk, white asparagus, passionfruit crème, lime sorbet, jalapeno pepper and a fresh mint kinda cleanliness. Perky and refreshing. Bittersweet lemon/lime citrus, soursob/oxalis grassiness and with a little tactile grip. The Muscat comes back around again with lychee juice through a dry tail.
