Holm Oak Pinot Noir 2025

Share

Matured in barrels of which 25% was new French oak for 9 months, all destemmed fruit. A trusted favourite for showing the rich earthiness of the Tamar Valley coupled with great intensity of red berries. Hawthorn, raspberries and red cherries. Some lofty rosehip perfume and pink peppercorn spice. Cracked dry red clay and cherry blossom, this over delivers each year for its price point and this is a wine with excellent clarity and poise this vintage. Some soft white pepper, oak plays second fiddle to its red berry spectrum. Fireworks of flavour and superb fruit intension. Duck breast, rice paper rolls and hoisin for this one. Drink now and buy more than you think you might need or want.
