Holm Oak Rosé 2025

Made from Pinot Noir grapes, most of which were destemmed for purity and a small portion was pressed from red ferments. A cherry blossom pink hue in the glass. The wine continues down that floral road with fragrant sweet peas and pink lady apple skin. A hint of cranberry and ruby grapefruit citrus. Fruit weight and refreshing zing of acidity is spot on here, it delivers an array of berry, citrus and blush peach flesh, its moreish and would suit almost any dish you throw at it. I would go for a peach and tomato panzanella salad with big  dollops of goat’s cheese. This is a very elegant and well made Rosé indeed. Drink now.
