Holm Oak The Protégé Pinot Noir 2025

I’ve always liked this slightly lighter-bodied Pinot that delivers with its vibrant, medium-bodied fruit. Colour is medium light red and the aromas show a floral strawberry and subtle cranberry juice character. The palate is dry and slightly savoury, with very fine tannins supporting the medium-weight fruit. It has a typical crisp acidity to finish.
