There are going to be some marvellous, serious chardonnays from this great Margaret River vintage and here is a taste of what you can expect. A finely crafted modern chardonnay where elements have been dialled back but the underlying power and intensity that speaks Margaret River is unmissable. Opens with a mealy grapefruit and nougat quince mix on the nose. Then into the palate richer layered flavours that have come from the wild yeast and further barrel fermentation start to play out.
