In Dreams Pinot Noir 2022

Share

Whole berries with around 10% whole bunches. Matured in French oak of which 10% was new for 10 months. Spiced red berry compote, raspberry and strawberry with fresh figs and stewed rhubarb. Red currant leaf, rosemary and wet leather. There is a lot happening here for the price point and a moreishness to the juicy palate. This is indicative of the Yarra Valley’s formidable Pinot Noir attractiveness. A lovely wine, drinking very well now and will cellar for 3-5 years but I bet it won’t last nearly that long. Buy more than you think you need. Serve with Chinese BBQ pork and sticky rice.
