Hare’s Chase Ironscraper Shiraz 2022

Share

The Ironscraper name stems from the wine’s home in pre-Cambrian ironstone soils. That ironstone quality brings its own earthy mineral notes to the wine, a distinctive feature that not only adds complexity but real style. Briar, autumnal leaves and earth aromas mix with red plums, black cherry, blue fruits and light spices.  Brings a lighter style of earthiness, a mineral quality, an aromatic lift with violets in play. Fruit and spice are nicely enhanced by fine grain tannins. Displays excellent all-round balance. A lovely wine.
