Who says Great Southern does not do great Pinot? This wine is an absolute ripper that delivers real Pinot complexity in a slinky, svelte package. Bright mid cherry red in colour, it opens up with fragrant violets, spice and dark cherry aromas lifted by a dark, earthy underbelly. The palate is then juicy, vibrant and intense, with good mouthfeel and showing lots of berry fruits plus a distinctive edge of Oregano. Soft silky tannins top it all off making this excellent value and the perfect go-to bargain Pinot for mid-week drinking.
