Time on lees, 52 months, has been a worthwhile investment, delivering a sparkling that is both textural and smooth running across the palate as well as clean and appley fresh. It’s a fine balance achieved here. Super fresh on the palate in bright, tingly lemon pastille notes with buttered toast and brioche dough. Impressive poise and length.
