Jack Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2024

Coonawarra Cabernet which has been sourced from selected growers, this is from an excellent vintage for the region and represents good buying. Maroon with a deep crimson rim, the nose exhibits notes of spices, tobacco leaves, chocolate, kirsch, coffee beans, licorice and cocoa powder. A wine of medium length with powdery tannins on the finish, there is good persistence and a fine line of acidity running the length. The wine has good focus and will continue to improve over the next ten years. Good value and certainly an above average choice for your next gourmet barbecue.
