Jericho Selected Vineyards S3 Shiraz 2023

This is a beautifully seamless and smoothly textured Shiraz that comes from Bracken and Blewitt Springs within the McLaren Vale region. The fruit is medium weight, but packed with all manner of dark-fruited goodies. The tannins are quite fine, and the oak has been well managed so as not to dominate. It has a lovely dry, savoury finish that complements the sweeter dark fruits.
