Pikes Luccio Novello 2024

This is a blend of Montepulciano and Nero d’Avola and captures the brambly intensity of Montepulcanio with a warm greeting of Nero d’Avola genial mulberry and boysenberries notes. There is a thread of oregano and crushed granitic rock, the wine is medium bodied and would look snazzy with a slight chill. This still has the density and weight to be served room temp in a big balloon glass and enjoyed with some spiced lamb ribs. A cherry syrup and cooling note of mount right at the final step.
