Kreglinger Sparkling 2019

Tinned peaches, apple tarts and the kind of dense lemons, full of juice, that only your grandma can grow. This is full of fervor and some yellow fruits that are just hinting on the tropical. The lees note shows in marcona almonds and roast caraway seed with a lemon yoghurt creaminess. Fruit intensity finishes the final notes with a long palate of lemon zest. It’s held onto its youth very well, and will continue to do so. This is drinking well now and would make a crowd of people alight with celebration but another 5-8 years in the cellar will see its layers unfurl further.
