Kaiora Bay Reserve Central Otago Pinot Noir 2018

Share

Finding Pinot Noir that tastes like Pinot under $20 can be a bit of a nightmare, particularly from New Zealand’s highly fancied Central Otago, but that is exactly what you will find here.

This wine is Pinot Noir from head to toe. It has beautifully pure wild strawberry and raspberry aromas with a touch of spicy stalks. Then it is dry, and quite light-weight for a Central Otago style without the usually heavy fruit. It is actually very silky, like all good Pinot should be, and with plenty of fruit complexity. Great early drinking Pinot Noir that won’t break the bank. Get it from ALDI.
