Kay Brothers Griffon’s Key Reserve Grenache 2021

Superb vintage of this 2021 Grenache, expressive and powerful with good aging potential. Fabulous generosity as it explodes with cranberry, dusty earth, roasted spice, while retaining youthful, vibrant composure. Manicured but ample tannins then deliver a long ethereal finish, with well balanced tannins. Change of tack here from Kay Brothers and this label is a wine to watch in the growing McLaren Vale Grenache story.
