King’s Reach Sunbury Sparkling Brut

A fresh and well-crafted sparkler from the Sunbury region in Victoria, the colour is a pale lemon. The nose reveals notes of grapefruit pith, pears, some biscuity hints and touch of minerality in support. This is clean, well-focused, of medium length and drinking well now, though it should continue to do so for the next couple of years.
