La Kooki Local Knowledge Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Share

While smelling this Cabernet Sauvignon, I can’t help but picture myself standing on a rocky cliff somewhere in Margaret River while breathing in the whole surroundings. Gum tree leaves, ocean spray, wild black berries, fresh dirt, leathery boots, menthol tobacco and dried lavender. A sizeable presence on the palate, the intensity of flavour equals the aroma. Slow building and broody tannins, yet it’s an elegant and linear wine with a moreish quality to it. How you spin the ‘local knowledge’ and capture the young audience.
