This incorporates the crunch of nashi pear with the fulfilling nature of cloudy pear juice, some swirls of lime oil and poached apples. The wine is abundant with orchard fruit flavour, galangal and winter melon skin. Lemongrass stem and honeysuckle, this is the kind of wine that sets off richly laden pork dishes, like knuckle and braised cabbage. Its medium weight and layering of acidity and fruit sweetness give the wine its shape and dimension. Beyond food friendly, serve with loving prepared homemade comfort food for the win.
