A wine that opens with citron and nashi pear. Some pineapple rings and the gentle hum of nettle that echoes throughout. The palate sings with more of the just tropical tones, white peaches with lemon squeezed over them. A hint of sea spray salinity and plenty of crunch. Acidity hums along without any shrill notes or jagged peaks, just a graceful line that powers up the fruit. This is elegant and juicy. A wine for all occasions but perfect for shellfish and sand between your toes.
