Land of Tomorrow Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir 2024

I always get excited when I find expressive Pinot Noir at this price point. Bonus points for sustainably grown fruit. Aromas of cherries and crunchy red apples jump from the glass, while rhubarb, sage and lavender provide savoury support. It’s a bolder, medium bodied style of Pinot, with solid levels of silky tannins. Brooding black plums and baking spices are lifted by a hint of both fresh and dried Provençal herbs. As the flavours unfurl, a crunchy acidity reveals itself as a spritz of raspberry on the finish.
