Langmeil Rough Diamond Grenache 2020

Share

Blackcurrant and dark cherry skin leap out of the glass, with olive tapenade, pops of fresh green sage and lemon thyme sitting just behind the black fruits. A richly textured Grenache with fine but surprisingly dense tannins; nutmeg and allspice lingering on the finish. It’s also a full-bodied style with plenty of interest and an almost chewy texture. A wine that could happily work with some black pepper beef jerky or stand beside Osso Bucco with plenty of gremolata.
