Long before Champagne came into existence the traditional method sparkling wines of Blanquette de Limoux graced many a table, made up of 90% Mauzac which brings distinctive notes of candied apple and dried apple curls to the glass. The L’Eglise Saint Martin offers richness and generosity of golden apple, ripe yellow pears and puff pastry. A perfect pairing for flakey savoury pastries, like chicken pot pie or sweet and savoury pork and fennel sausage rolls.
