Anything goes when it comes to grape varieties and rose. A 50-50 blend of Pinot Noir and Shiraz? Why not.

Deep salmon in colour. Looks serious, smells and tastes serious, too, with ripe raspberry, poached strawberry, pomegranate scents. Deeply expressive on the palate with a strong fruit intensity and vigorous acidity. Red fruits, summer pudding nicely joined by a delightful spiciness and earthiness. Super dry finish.
