Lindeman’s St George Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Share

One of the legendary Lindeman’s Coonawarra Trio, sourced from its own eponymous vineyard, oozing dark brambly fruit and black olive tapenade, its cabernet aromatics quite floral and a touch minty. These ease on through into the tasting, the palate exploding with incredible intensity, brightly rendered dark fruits but also with the comfort of spiced blackberry and apple tart. Rich and powerful, full bodied but not too overloaded by oak, with lip-smacking tannins to mop everything up on the finish.
