Logan Sauvignon Blanc 2022

A lovely fresh iteration of the variety, leaning towards an old world style. Grown at an elevation of greater than 900 metres on the slopes of Mount Canobolas, fruit undergoes wild yeast fermentation in a combination of oak barrels and stainless steel. The nose packs a punch and is everything a generous Sav Blanc should offer up: passionfruit intermingles with herbaceous snow pea shoot, finished with a little preserved lemon salinity. The fruit intensity on the palate is evident of healthy fruit. There’s fine grained texture and a savoury finish that holds the juicy fruit in check. A delicious cheese cloth note lingers. Acidity is lovely and tightly reigned in, with plenty of detail and interest on the palate. Exceptional value Sauvignon Blanc at a $25 price point.
