Lumiere Provence Rosé 2024

From the Côteaux Varois in Provence, this appealing Rosé is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle and Syrah. Fermentation is in temperature controlled stainless steel, with malo blocked. A gentle and very pale pink, this is an impressively crafted effort. Elegant, focused and yet full of flavour, the flavours range through raspberries, strawberries and florals, but it is the delicious pink grapefruit notes which are to the fore. There is a minerally support system and a clean, dry finish which is quite persistent. For drinking now and over the next four years.
