The Syrah, Sangiovese and Merlot blend comes from Mt Torrens. 50% whole bunch and 30% intracellular fermentation for 48 days. It spent 8 months in ancient French hogsheads 15+ years old. This is an example of thinking outside the box and being malleable to the seasons.
