Maison Saint Aix Beau Viva Non Alc Sparkling Rosé 750ml

Hats off to the marketing team for the packaging, this feels and looks like a celebration in a bottle. With the recogniseable Maison AIX feel this opens with quince and cantaloupe, white strawberries and guava open on the palate, there is a swathe of fine bubbles and a fruitful carry right to the finish.  Serve ice cold, this drinks well on its own but would be a delight with fluffy pancakes and whipped cream. A perfect way to start a special day and still be productive throughout.
