Marchand & Burch Great Southern Shiraz 2019

This was a cooler vintage resulting in well-structured generally medium weight wines of excellent
poise and definition. In this case there is plenty of power, but it’s delivered with a degree of finesse
and understatement. Chalky and slightly rustic characters emerge suggesting a sense of the vineyard
emerging. Perfectly balanced with the fine-grained oak expertly applied.
