Marchesi di Gresy Langhe Nebbiolo 2019

Share

For what stands as a first step into the di Gresy set of Barbaresco wines, this is quite a statement of class and style. Ruby rose colour; glossy, with classic earth and rose aromas, damp Autumnal leaves, a faint sense of leather. The weave of stony tannins and salivating acidity is spot on, encouraging a minerally driven finish, while a reverb of orange/tangelo flavour echoes long after.
