Marnong Estate Single Vineyard Montepulciano 2025

Spiced plum, bitumen, bramble, dark cherry conserve, black pepper, cocoa powder — varietal truth on show. The palate is juicy and buoyant, with an open weave of plum and dark cherry sloshing around the mouth alongside cocoa powder and dark chocolate, before grainy tannins frame it up. Very much in line with the classic Abruzzo style — fruit-forward with bitter tones. A good example.
