The is a blend of Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc. The Gris and Traminer were pressed together and left on skins for 10 days before fermentation. A portion also went into a ceramic egg for two weeks to go through a cool, slow ferment. The naturally fermented Riesling had low juice solids. It’s a beautifully textured wine expressing the combined fruit qualities of these varieties really well. The mouthfeel and texture is excellent.
