Mon Tout Strange Love 2022

Wow, there’s a bit of everything in here – Grenache, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Chardonnay, and it’s from the Swan Valley, Manjimup and Margaret River. It’s a light rosé style that displays an interesting textural feel in the mouth with the dry, savoury finish a feature. There’s some oak, but it’s only from old puncheons so the actual influence is minor. It’s more about creating the feel in the mouth through the interaction of the varieties and older oak, and works well.
